CamTran offers a variety of options on paying for your bus ride. You can pay cash on the bus (exact fare) or purchase a bus pass ahead of time in our Bus Stop Shop. Bus Passes offer a real savings and make great gifts as well. Expiration dates aren't set until the card is activated the first time it is placed in the farebox.

Our Bus Stop Shop located in our downtown Johnstown Transit Center, is the only other physical location than our offices to purchase bus passes. The Bus Stop Shop's hours are Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM. You can now also purchase bus passes online at our Inclined Plane online store. Click here to be directed to that site.

If you do not have the fare to ride the bus, you will not be permitted to ride the bus.

Discounts are available to anyone wishing to purchase 25 or more 31-Day Passes. The authorized discounts are as follows:

25-150 Passes = 5% discount
151-299 Passes = 10% discount
300+ Passes = 15% discount

Organizations that purchase passes at a discount can sell them to their employees or students at the reduced cost.
