CamTran's Feet First Initiative. It's about a new way of thinking. It's relying less on your car and more on your feet. It's using your bike to make those small trips and bringing it along on the bus for the longer ones. It's using the Incline for more than a tourist attraction and instead as a way to commute to the downtown area.

Our overall goal is to make a difference in the way people in Johnstown get around by making Johnstown a more bike friendly city through educating the public on the health, environmental, and economical benefits of commuting "feet first."

CamTran is committed to helping Cambria County make the transition to transit because we know what great public transit can do for a community.  We know it keeps people active, getting them to and from work, school, activity centers, and volunteering.

We know it's a social activity that gives people the chance to meet others in the area. We hear your stories every day and know what we mean to you.

As Johnstown and Cambria County look to the future for our area, we hope to play a role in its redevelopment and rebirth.  Every day, we're working towards bringing public transit in our area into the digital age.
