When reporting a trip problem, please provide us with as much information as possible, including route number, bus number, the direction of travel, time, date, and location of the incident. Your reports and suggestions help improve the quality of service. Thank you... All CamTran buses are equipped for the physically challenged. Each bus is equipped with an elevator-like lift or ramp for passengers who can not use the steps, especially the wheel-chaired disabled. CamTran buses also feature a "kneeler" which lowers the front end of the bus for passengers who cannot reach the step comfortably. If you need to use any of these features, do not hesitate to ask you bus operator. If you would like a demonstration on how they work, call us. The Commuter Choice Program permits employers to offer employees a tax-free benefit to commute to work. For more information call us or connect to www.fta.dot.gov. If you would like assistance in learning how to ride the bus, call us and we will be happy to have a "Buddy" assist or accompany you. A transit professional is available to talk to your group. This service is free to the community by calling CamTran. CamTran is not responsible for articles lost. If you left something on the bus, call either of the administrative offices. Found items will be donated or discarded after 60 days.
