Owned and operated by CamTran since 1983, the Johnstown Inclined Plane is the unique icon of our community. A popular travel destination for visitors, the 117 year-old Incline carries over 100,000 riders every year. Locally, the Inclined Plane has returned to the spotlight, as more and more people use it for commuting every day. Commuter passes may be purchased for 20 passes for $22.00 and 10 passes for $10.00 at our Gift Shop. Round trip tickets are $4.00 for adults and $2.25 one-way, and seniors ride free every day.
